Omolade Ekubi

Eniola Omolade Ekubi is a distinguished educationist, seasoned administrator, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for learning, mentorship, and child development. She is the Founder and Principal Partner at IvyWorld Consulting and the Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Heights Preparatory School, where she is dedicated to raising well-groomed, kingdom-minded world changers.

Her journey into education began informally in the early 1980s when she tutored her younger siblings after school hours, igniting a passion that would later define her career. She formally entered the academic sector in 2003 as a teacher at Command Secondary School, Odogbo, in Oyo State, where she honed her teaching skills and deepened her commitment to student development.

In 2008, she transitioned to The Regent Secondary School, Abuja, as the Pioneer Registrar, playing a crucial role in establishing and managing administrative structures. During her time at The Regent School, she was privileged to provide strong support for community development projects, successfully leading fundraising drives for projects. Serving as the Secretary to the Friends of Regent (FoR), she coordinated the successful execution of school-based projects like the construction of toilets and sinking of a borehole at the LEA School in Mabushi, improving hygiene and access to clean water for underserved students, amongst others.

Over the years, she has worked closely with children of all ages and across different social strata, serving as a teacher, administrator, and mentor, as well as speaker at parenting forums, teen mentorship programmes, and media talk shows. Beyond the classroom, Eniola extends her expertise to the corporate world, helping organisations develop strategies, streamline procedures, and manage conflict resolution. She is currently focused on helping schools build structured processes to ensure children receive excellent education in safe and nurturing environments.

Coming from humble beginnings, she has remained deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting initiatives that provide educational opportunities for underprivileged children, giving them a fighting chance to thrive on the global stage.

Academically, Eniola holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, a Master’s in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Married and blessed with four children, Eniola enjoys golf and photography.
